GroupDocs provides you with full control over your documents. Decide with whom you want to share the documents and what document rights should be given – download, proof, view, or export. This way you have full control over the entire document management cycle.

If you are looking for a particular section to comment on, you don't have to read the entire document to find it. Instead, type a word into the Search the document box and run a search. Matches are highlighted so that you can go to the results immediately.

GroupDocs Annotation allows you to add comments as markers so that they are easy to find. Simply move the cursor over the marker to view the comment. If you want to view a particular comment, click the marker counter on the right-hand side of the screen. This easy navigation method lets reviewers easily identify all comments and navigate through them.

GroupDocs Annotation allows you to get a clear view of the document you're working on. To view the document at a size that suits you, zoom in and out by clicking the Magnify icon. You can zoom in to 200% and zoom out options to 25%. So, whatever the content, you can make sure that you can see the document perfectly and make comments without any difficulty.

When everyone has added their comments, you can download the commented document and work on it offline. Downloading the document helps you back up important comments so that you can return to them later. After commenting on a document, simply click the Download button to download it.
